How do I pay, and is it secure?
Payments are processed by Razorpay, India's leading payment gateway. You can pay via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), debit cards, credit cards, or net banking. Your payment credentials are handled exclusively by Razorpay over 256-bit SSL encryption and are never stored on our servers.
How quickly are credits credited to my account?
Credits are added to your account balance instantaneously upon payment confirmation, typically within 2-3 seconds. The updated balance will reflect in the top bar of your workspace.
When do plan credits renew?
Your plan credits renew after each successful monthly subscription payment. Your account shows the current balance and recent usage.
What happens if my AI generation fails?
We believe in 100% fair billing. If Gemini or OpenAI encounters an API issue or if a code sandbox run encounters a runner crash, the credits are atomically refunded to your balance immediately.
I was charged but didn't receive credits. What should I do?
Simply email our student support desk at support@makeable.cloud with your account email and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. We will promptly reconcile and credit your account or issue a full refund within 24 hours.
